How is it important for the future?
Resistance can influence the spread of diseases, If we know about it, maybe we can counter it? We know how it will influence our lives in the future. Medical advances in the future. Etc.
How did I come up with this topic?
It was actually SO hard to come up with this topic. I started thinking very broadly, I started with epidemiology. From there I started thinking about how diseases spread, maybe doing different types of diseases? Jumped around from disease to disease. Then finally ended up thinking of one type of similarity. Cures. Which leads to resistance and that is where I am at now.
